Confidence & Self esteem is not something that happens overnight; gradually as you grow on all levels, you will master the confident realm. First, you have to stop using others as a measurement for yourself. That includes friends, family, co-workers, and even celebrities. Look at yourself and learn to appreciate everything. Even things you consider flaws. Growing up I wasn’t the most confident person. I wasn’t always comfortable with who I was. But I realized that I didn’t have to change anything, I was already perfect. It’s not an easy process, but in the end it’s worth it.
Your mind is very powerful, if you can build it up, it becomes harder to fall to outside voices and opinions. Now, don’t get me wrong you don’t have to walk around shouting,”I’m better than you,” or “I’m the prettiest.” It’s not about trying to convince other people. It’s about loving who you are; start from within. People will notice your confidence without you having to actually say it. Your actions will show for it because you genuinely love who you are.
Remember, people will always have something to say. Do for SELF. Don’t change to satisfy someone else. Your mental will outweigh your physical. Truth is, we all have insecurities and things we rather not face. If don’t love yourself first, how could you expect anyone else to? Don’t run away from it. You can’t escape it; it will come right back sooner or later. Start the process now. You don’t have to do it alone either. Surround yourself with people who have a positive energy and a good heart. The days when you are feeling off track or look, your circle will build you up. I’m here for you too!
